Tournament Platform
Run Americano, Mexicano, Cup and Tiebreak 10s tournaments across any number of courts โ real-time scoring, automatic pairings, and live leaderboards on every iPad and iPhone.
Everything you need
CourtsOS is purpose-built for tournament management โ not adapted from generic sports software. Every feature is designed for the way padel works.
Americano random pairings or Mexicano standings-based matchups. CourtsOS generates every round automatically, balancing partners and avoiding repeats.
All your court iPads update the moment a score is entered. One tournament engine, every device in sync โ works over local network or the internet.
Players pre-register via a unique link and check in on the day by scanning a rotating QR code. No app to download โ they use any browser.
Running a mix of singles and doubles courts? CourtsOS handles both in a single tournament. Singles seat two, doubles seat four โ both score identically.
Choose individual rotation where partners shuffle every round, or lock players into fixed pairs that compete as a unit throughout.
Points, wins, draws and losses calculated automatically with proper tiebreakers. Display on any screen in your club โ players follow in real time.
Padel clubs aren't always blessed with great Wi-Fi. CourtsOS caches everything locally and continues running without a connection.
Your club name, logo and colours appear throughout the app, so every board and every court screen is your club's โ with a small CourtsOS credit in the corner and nothing more.
The bye rotation engine tracks who's rested and ensures every player sits out equally across the tournament. Tiebreakers handled automatically.
Tournament Formats
Ten formats, from a Tuesday-night mixer to a full championship day โ and CourtsOS handles all the complexity behind the scenes.
Random balanced pairings every round. Partners shuffle so everyone plays with and against as many people as possible, and everyone is ranked individually.
Pairings decided by the standings. After each round the field is ranked and matched by position โ 1st and 4th against 2nd and 3rd โ so the leaders are always pushed.
Fixed pairs in groups, then a knockout with a plate. Tell CourtsOS how many courts and how many teams and it recommends the day; the whole group stage is dealt at the start, and the tables and the draw fill themselves in as results land.
Every team is one man and one woman, with partnerships rotating as evenly as the numbers allow. Built for mixed social nights.
Proper games and sets. Tick the courts in use and each one is scored on its own iPad, live on the big screen โ standard sets or Fast4, singles or doubles.
A court ladder. Winning pairs climb towards the top court, losing pairs drop, and the pairs split each round so partnerships keep changing. Fast, noisy and very social.
Two-stage boxes of four for exactly 8, 12 or 16 players. Everyone plays their box, then regroups by performance for stage two.
For a club spread across single-court sites. Each court becomes its own venue running an independent Americano โ one leaderboard across all of them, and no operator at a desk.
Tie Break Tens on your courts. No games, no sets โ every match is a single tiebreak to 10, won by two. About ten minutes each, so a club night gets through a lot of them.
Two clubs, one Americano. Every pair is two players from the same club and every match is club against club โ a club-vs-club total plus an overall player ladder.
Tournaments & Cups
Championship days, club-vs-club fixtures and proper games-and-sets matches โ run on the same system, on the courts' own iPads, with the result on every screen in the building.
The Cup format
Enter your pairs as fixed teams and press Start. CourtsOS deals the entire group stage to your courts at once, so the schedule is printable from minute one and every court knows its afternoon.
As results come in it builds the group tables, runs the count-back on set and game difference, and fills in the quarter-finals, semis, final and plate. Nothing is kept on a spreadsheet, and nothing has to be re-typed.
And you do not have to design the day first. Say how many courts you have and how many teams you expect, and CourtsOS offers the structures it can actually deal โ ranked so that the one where nobody goes home after the group stage comes first.
Every court gets its own iPad screen showing that court's fixture, with the players' names already in it. The pair on court score the match themselves and the result posts itself back โ nobody walks a scrap of paper to the desk.
Two clubs field a squad each. Every pair is two players from the same club and every match is host against visitors, so you finish the night with a club-vs-club score as well as an individual ladder.
One tiebreak decides it โ first to 10, win by two. The court taps to spin for serve and CourtsOS counts the serve rotation and the end changes. Run it on its own, or as the match type inside a Cup for a full Tie Break Tens draw.
Put /scoreboard on a TV and every court in play is on it โ sets, games and who's serving โ with your club's branding and your sponsor's crest across the top. At the end of a Cup it turns into the champions screen.
Player recaps
The last score goes in and every player gets their own card โ where they finished, every match they played, their best win and their closest call. On their phone, on the court screens, and on yours.
On the phone in their pocket
Club nights end the same way everywhere: someone reads the final standings off a screen and everybody goes to the bar. CourtsOS turns the last score into something each player actually owns โ their rank, their points, a bar for every match they played, the win they will talk about, and the one that got away by two points.
There is nothing to install and no account to make. Anyone who tapped their name to submit scores during the night simply sees their own card when it finishes.
On the courts, and on the wall
For ten minutes after you finish, the court iPads stop showing adverts and start showing the players โ two at a time, moving round the whole field. Then the adverts come back on their own. It is the part of the evening when everyone is still standing around, and it is the part every other system leaves blank.
Tap Who played who and the whole night becomes a picture: every player on a circle in finishing order, a line for every partnership and every matchup. Tap a name and their evening lights up.
Beyond the club
CourtsOS is not only for clubs running their own week. Two things we do as a service, priced per event rather than per month โ run it yourself with everything set up for you, or have us run the desk on the day.
Eight guests or sixty-four. The draw, the scoring and the screens handled โ and your company's colours, logo and slides on every screen in the building, with a QR code on each one.
Opens, charity days, league finals and brand tours. The draw dealt for you, a screen on every court, live boards in the room, and a public results page the same evening.
The Process
No training required. No complicated setup. Just configure your courts, add your players, and start.
Add your courts โ doubles or singles โ choose your tournament format (Americano, Mexicano, Knockout, Mixicano), set points per game and rounds. Done in under two minutes.
Share a link in advance so players can pre-register. On the day they scan a QR code to check in. No app download, no account creation โ just a browser.
Enter scores court by court. CourtsOS generates the next round automatically. Standings update live. The final leaderboard appears the moment the last score is in.

Your club name appears on every screen, email, and QR code. Players see your brand at every touchpoint, reinforcing club identity.
